Laima Adomaitis Brown, Gulf Shores, AL
I love working with abandoned textiles to create eco-collages …these original creations are made by combining upcycled denim, tie dye, found objects etc. which I develop further with mixed media art techniques. I do incorporate “new” materials depending on how the art spirit moves me. From early childhood I was always a “trash=treasure” collector and am a proud packrat who cherishes bits and pieces of vintage embroidery etc. which I incorporate into the creative process. http://www.artweeds.com
